Homemade Shrimp Stir-Fry & Egg Fried Rice

I love eating other culture foods, and one of my favorite ethnic meals to eat and cook is Asian meals. This Shrimp Stir Fry and Egg Fried Rice recipe are full with lots of flavors. It’s easy to make when you don’t have a lot of time and it’s great for dinner with friends and family.

Ingredients for Shrimp Stir Fry:

  • 2 Cups frozen mixed vegetables with red peppers
  • 1 package Sweet Chili & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce
  • 2 packages of frozen medium shrimp
  • 4 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoon soy sauce

Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice:

  • 4 Cups of rice (white or brown) I use brown
  • 4 Whole eggs
  • 6 Tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ Cup lite soy sauce

Stir Fry is easy to make, so you don’t have to be an experienced cook to create this beautiful dish for yourself and your loved ones.

Place a Wok on medium heat, and let it heat for five minutes then add the olive oil along with the frozen mixed vegetables. The mixed vegetables can be any combination. In this recipe, it consists of Peas, Corn, Carrots, Broccoli and Red Peppers.

Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and sauté them for five minutes.

Thaw the frozen shrimp in cold water, pat them dry with a paper towel and add it to the pan of mixed vegetables.

Stir together the two ingredients, and let it simmer for six minutes. The shrimps should have a nice pink color, which indicates that it is cooked.

Next, add the remaining olive oil, sweet chili and garlic stir-fry sauce, along with the soy sauce.  Let everything simmer for five and set aside for later.

Steamed the rice according to the instructions.

Place the wok on medium heat for five minutes and add four teaspoons of olive oil. After the oil gets hot, add the rice and stir it up.

Next, add the soy sauce and let it cook for eight minutes. When the rice it down, transfer it into a dish.

For the final ingredient, crack four eggs into a bowl and set it aside.

Add two tablespoon of olive oil to the wok, cook the eggs for two minutes, and add the rice back into the wok. Mix the eggs and rice together and place it into a dish for serving.

Lastly, place the Egg Fried Rice on a plate and layer it with the Shrimp Sweet Chili & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce. This dish serves 4 to 6 people and enjoy.

    I love stir fry and fried rice. It is one of my favorite dishes. I remember thinking this looks so difficult to make and I will never be able to make it. Now I can tell you that I have mastered it. Thank you for your recipe. Next time I will tweak mine a little bit to see what your recipe tastes like.
