Shevon “Shevvy” Maxwell brings more than 22 years of military leadership, operations, and program management experience to the work she does today.
A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, she has led teams, managed complex programs, and developed leaders in high-pressure environments where communication, accountability, and performance matter.

As a Certified Master Instructor and Academic Instructor, Shevvy has delivered more than 1,000 hours of leadership and emotional intelligence training and has trained more than 1,200 senior leaders annually.
Today, through MAC Leadership Academy, she applies that experience to helping K–12 school leaders and leadership teams strengthen leadership capacity, operational effectiveness, accountability, and organizational performance.
