Summer Home Workout For You
Summer will be here on June 21, 2018, and just like the beginning of the year, many people made resolution goals, where they wanted to get into their best shape, buy a gym membership, eat healthy and get a personal trainer. Are you that person and did you stick to your goals? I’m sticking to my goals of maintaining my fitness and eating healthy.

If you didn’t, don’t worry, you have less than months to make some changes and be ready for summer. You must be consistent in your actions to see change.
For each exercise, you want to set your timer for 1 minute with 15 seconds of rest. You will perform 3 rounds, and if you want to amp your workout go ahead and make it 6 rounds. After the first set, take 30 seconds of rest, hydrate and then back it again.
Here are four exercises that you can do at the gym, at home inside or in your backyard to get ready for summer.

Elevated Lunges with (DBLR)- This workout will have you feeling the burn in both your lower legs and upper arms. You can use a chair, a couch or steppers to elevate your leg. With your Dumbbell (DB), you want to use a weight that challenges you, you feel the burn and the struggle to do on last Lateral Raise (LR).

Elevated Lunges with (DBSP)- Who doesn’t love to have beautiful shoulders? This is one part of my body that I love to work on when I’m working out. You get the same burn as the workout above, but it’s worth it.

Elevated Planks- With planks, you are working your entire body, and your focus with this exercise is stability. When you’re in this position your core, arms and legs will burn, but keeping everything inline is key. Ligehack.org gives you seven benefits of doing planks as part of your workout.
